welcome to
fischer advocaten
fischer advocaten is a law firm specialized in providing legal aid to people who are dealing with poverty and exclusion. We assist people with and without a residence permit with regard to social provisions. In our casework we use international treaties and European Union law.
We assist people with legal problems with the Dutch government. We help people who are denied social assistance benefits by the municipality, sickness benefits by the UWV or toeslagen by the tax authorities. We do not litigate against the IND (immigration law). We work on the basis of legal aid. The current income limits can be found at www.rechtsbijstand.nl. If you live at or just above social assistance level, we will help you with an application for bijzondere bijstand to cover the applicable personal contribution for legal aid.
